If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange. The item must be:

• In its original condition (unused and unworn)
• Repacked in the original packaging
• Free from any damage or alterations

• We do not offer refunds under any circumstances
• Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable
• A credit note valid for 3 months may be offered in some cases

Exchange:

• You can exchange any product you ordered, with another size of the same product (apart from those that fall under our no-exchange policy).
• You can use your credit to order the same item in a different size or just to order any other item you would like.
• Extra shipping charges will be added for the new deliver.

Return:

• At Lalla Eman, we do not offer cash refunds. However, if you wish to exchange an item, the following conditions apply:

  • All return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.

  • Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unused, and repacked in their original packaging.

  • Once the return is approved, we issue a Lalla Eman Credit valid for 3 months, which can be used for any future purchase.

  • Shipping, return, and re-delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid separately.

  • Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Lalla Eman Credit only covers the value of the returned item(s), not service or delivery charges.

Refund:
