Click on the https://lallaeman.com/ Register tab at the top right corner of the homepage. Once you fill in your personal details, you will receive a welcome email on your registered email address. Congratulations, you now have a Lalla Eman account enabling you to start shopping!



It is very important for you to have an account and login in order to have full access at Lalla Eman website. For convenience and security reasons, we need to know your personal details in order to allow you to shop with us. If you still do not have an account, please refer to the below point.

Order as a Guest

When you checkout as a guest, we create an account for you with a temporary password. If you want to use the same email address, go to the Login tab at the top left corner of the homepage and click on ‘Forget Password’. A password reset email will be sent to you so you can set a password of your choice and continue to use the same email address for your account.


Place Order

Kindly follow the steps below to place an order:

  • Visit us on lallaeman.com and select the items you like, select your preferred size and quantity and finally go to ‘Add to Shopping Bag’
  • Choose between ‘Continue Shopping’ if you would like to add more items or ‘Proceed to Checkout’
  • If you wish to continue as a Guest, please enter your email address to proceed
  • If you are a returning customer, please enter yourLogin details to proceed
  • If you are a new customer, register with your contact details
  • Choose your delivery address to proceed and save for later use
  • Choose your desired payment method and click on Submit

Out of Stock

 Although we try to have sufficient stock levels that will keep up with your demand, certain items that are highly popular can sometimes run out of stock. Unfortunately we will not be able to provide timelines for when a specific item will be available again. As stocks continuously change and new products are always being added, please continue to check in to see if we have restocked your desired item or another style like it.

Payment Methods

Online Payments

We actually use industry-leading encryption standards. This encrypts the data you provide to us, ensures it is safe and not accessible to any third party. The most important thing is to protect your payment data. Your data is only used to process orders and to serve you better. It will be under no circumstances disclosed to any third party. Credit / Debit Cards

At Lalla Eman, our preferred payment method is via a secure debit and credit card transaction. Rest assured, your card number will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards. We guarantee a safe shopping experience on our website. For Credit Cards, we currently accept Visa and MasterCard. As for Debit Cards, we only accept Bahraini issued Debit Cards operating under Bahrain’s Benefit Payment System. Orders completed with credit cards will not be charged any additional fees. You can save your credit card details for a quicker checkout process next time in your My Account section.

Payment on Hold

It is a condition where payment is successful at customer’s end however due to some security reasons, it is put on hold at Lalla Eman’s system for verifications. In case of an unsuccessful online payment transaction, we would need a scanned copy of any government issued ID to be sent to hello@lallaeman.com along with a copy of the unsuccessful transaction message. 

Card Rejected        

Double-check the following common mistakes:

Is the card you used for ATM use only?

Some cards are not enabled for e-commerce shopping, contact your bank to enable your card for online shopping.

Were the following fields entered correctly?

  • Card number
  • Name on card
  • CVV code (three digit number on back of card)
  • Expiry date

Is there sufficient limit on your credit card?

If the above conditions are met, call your bank to check if your credit card is eligible for online purchases or if there is any other reason blocking it.

Delivery Locations

Currently the Lalla Eman website ships within the GCC countries only. We are planning to expand our delivery reach to other parts of the world, so please keep checking because we might start delivering to your country soon!


Order Tracking


To track your order, go to www.dhl.com. In the ‘Track your Shipment’ section on the homepage, enter your shipment number, which is provided to you by email upon purchase from Lalla Eman. Click on the Track button. You can track multiple orders by separating tracking numbers by commas. You can use the shipment tracking options for your mobile devices and PC. Get notified when a pickup is scheduled or a shipment is delivered and receive an update on your shipment status any time. Alternatively, you may contact your local DHL office and request an update on your shipment by providing them your shipment number.

Same Day / Next Day Delivery

 The customers from Bahrain should expect their delivery within one working day of placing the order. If you live in Bahrain and place your order before 10:00 am we should be able to have your order out for delivery to you by that afternoon. Ordering by Credit Card will significantly increase your chances of getting same day delivery as we won’t have to spend any time screening your order.

We do offer outlet collection in Bahrain on presenting the order details and valid ID.

Delivery Timeline

Free shipping to the countries in GCC takes 5-7 business days. For express shipping, the delivery takes up to 3 business days. 

Order Damaged Post-Delivery

Since the items are very delicate, at Lalla Eman we always take extra care in packaging your items. We check each item thoroughly for the slightest of faults before shipping it. However, in case the item you received was damaged, please inform us immediately via email at hello@lallaeman.com or call us on +973 3900 1002.


Missing Order

We recommend that you check the package thoroughly. When you are sure an item you ordered is missing, please email us at hello@lallaeman.com or call us on +973 3900 1002.

Received Wrong Order

We apologize in case of a wrong delivery. For us to take immediate actions, please email us your order details at hello@lallaeman.com or call us on +973 3900 1002.

Cancel Oder

You can cancel your order at any time before the order has been shipped from our warehouse. Once you’ve received the shipping confirmation it will not be possible to cancel your order. After the cancellation is complete, your Lalla Eman credits will be added to your account for the same value as your returned items.
