Follow these simple steps to make a purchase:

Select an item of your choice, click ‘add to bag’ and the product will be automatically added to your shopping cart. Go to your shopping cart to ‘proceed to checkout’. Once final, use your existing login details to sign in and complete the order process or create a new account by entering your email address.

You can also place an order without login or creating an account. Simply fill in the details under ‘guest login’ to complete the order process.

You can place an order without creating a Lalla Eman account. You can checkout without login by simply filling the details under ‘guest login’. However, we recommend creating an account to enjoy a seamless process. 

Lalla Eman currently ships to the countries in GCC namely – Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia and UAE.

Lalla Eman will soon ship worldwide with hassle-free shipping partners to provide the maximum convenience and access for you. 

At Lalla Eman, we are proud to offer a hassle-free exchange policy within the countries in GCC. If customer is not 100% satisfied with their purchase from us, they can return the product within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Please note that the item must be in its original form, should be re-packed in the packaging it came in and should not be mishandled. For us to carry out the exchange process, please fill the form that comes in the delivery package at the time of return.

After placing an order, you will receive an email with a unique order tracking number that can be used to track your order.

Aramex:

To track your order, go to www.aramex.com. In the ‘Track your Shipment’ section on the homepage, enter your shipment number, which is provided to you by email upon purchase from Lalla Eman. Click on the Track button. You can track multiple orders by separating tracking numbers by commas. You can use the shipment tracking options for your mobile devices and PC. Get notified when a pickup is scheduled or a shipment is delivered and receive an update on your shipment status any time. Alternatively, you may contact your local Aramex office and request an update on your shipment by providing them your shipment number.

UBEX:

To track your order, go to www.ubex.co. In the ‘Track your Shipment’ section on the homepage, enter your shipment number, which is provided to you by email upon purchase from Lalla Eman. Click on the Track button. Alternatively, you may contact UBEX offices and request an update on your shipment by providing them your shipment number.

Lalla Eman’s caftans are limited in stock. As a result of which some items may run out of stock quickly. But we recommend the customer to check the website from time to time as we keep restocking. All the products are designed in-house and are photographed professionally. The images seen are photographed under professional lighting. The actual product may differ slightly in reality but the quality, fabric and details will be the same as shown in the images. 

You must enter the promo code in box provided during checkout. You can simply copy and paste the code in the box and click apply for the value to be adjusted.

You need to enter the code exactly as it was given to you, without any spaces. Type or copy and paste the code into the ‘Promo code’ box.

Once you’ve entered the valid code, click on ‘apply code’ and it will add the code to your order. When the code has been applied to your order, you will see the promo value and the total of your order will change to reflect the value of the code.

In case your promo code is not working, please consider the following factors:

A promo code can be used for a single order. Once used the same code may not be applicable for another purchase.

Some codes have special terms and conditions. If so, they will be listed accordingly.

Promo codes will work within the specified validity time.
